Cancellation Policy
We go out of our way to help when we can but our official cancellation policy is:
Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in are subject to a full refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before check-in and are subject to a property fee equal to the first night's rate plus tax.
Cancellations must be made by phone call, text, or email.
Cancellations must be made within 6 months of the date of booking. Contact us for any specific questions.

Reservation/Guarantee Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed by a deposit of one night's stay made on the day of the reservation. If you are booking just a one-night stay, the reservation deposit will be 50% of the total one-night stay.

Security Deposit
To ensure a safe and secure experience for all of our guests, on the day of your arrival, a security deposit of $100 will be placed on the card we have on file. The security deposit helps us maintain the highest standards of hospitality. The hold will be released shortly after checkout, provided there are no additional charges.

Additional Fees​

Early Check-In Fee: $50 - Earliest check-in 9am or after, subject to availability.

Late Check-Out Fee: $50 - Valid until 3pm, subject to availability.

Safe boxes must be open at check-out and a charge of $50 will apply if safe box is left locked.

Our hotel rooms are smoke-free. There may be a charge of up to $300 if smoking is perceived

How do I get there from the airport?
Unfortunately our hotel does not have an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. Please feel free to contact our staff if you have any specific requirements or need assistance with your luggage.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Unfortunately our hotel does not have an elevator, but we do offer first floor rooms. If you would prefer one, please book a FIRST FLOOR room (we have BUDGET Queen, ADA Queen, Junior and Deluxe Suites on the first floor). Please feel free to contact our staff if you have any specific requirements or need assistance with your luggage.
Is there parking in the hotel?
We highly recommend taking Uber. There is street parking for free on Saldana and Ponce de Leon. We also have limited off-street paid parking lots for $25 per day. Parking is non-refundable. Contact us directly to book parking during your stay.
Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
We have free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected!

Is breakfast included?
There are many delicious restaurants in walking distance to grab local coffee, pastries, and brunch. We do not offer complimentary breakfast at this time.
Can I book a tour or activity through the hotel?
Puerto Rico has so much beautiful scenery and cultural experiences to offer! For help booking tours and excursions, visit our front desk or contact us directly.

What about late check-in?
The hotel runs on an easy-to-use, digital self-check-in system that ensures an easy and smooth arrival for guests coming in after front desk hours.

What does the event floor include?
Our event space offers ample room to connect, teach, and provide flexible options for events of all kinds. Available for events we have our indoor space and outdoor terrace, large Smart TV, tables and seating, two bartops for serving food and drinks, restrooms, and accommodation upon request.

What should I pack?
Puerto Rico's climate year-round is warm, humid, and sunny. We recommend packing light, breathable clothing for both day and night. Linen, thin cotton, and similar materials will help you stay cool and dry during our always-summer conditions!
Are pets allowed?
While we love our furry friends, we don't allow pets inside the hotel. Service animals are welcome, and will need notice prior to check-in.

What is the hotel's cleaning protocol?
We uphold and strive for the highest standard of cleanliness in each and every room. Through our cleaning protocols, rooms are deep cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before your arrival and following your departure. Upon request, housekeeping can refresh rooms daily.
Are there any current travel restrictions?
Please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s travel page for current pandemic travel guidelines and regulations. For weather-related information, please refer to the weather service. We are not responsible for weather or pandemic-related travel restrictions.
